The Azimio La Umoja One Kenya Alliance has officially rebranded as the Komboa Kenya coalition in a strategic move aimed at strengthening the opposition ahead of the next General Election.
The transition was finalized by opposition leaders under the United Alternative Government banner, who opted to rebrand the existing coalition instead of registering a new alliance, citing time constraints and the need to avoid lengthy legal processes.
Following the death of former coalition leader Raila Odinga, Wiper Democratic Movement leader Kalonzo Musyoka has assumed leadership of the coalition.
