Saboti MP Raises Alarm Over Proposed Ebola Isolation Centre in Kenya

Saboti Member of Parliament (MP) Caleb Amisi has strongly condemned the Kenyan government's plans to establish a U.S.-backed Ebola isolation and quarantine facility, warning that it places the lives of Kenyan citizens at grave risk. The lawmaker ordered an immediate shutdown of the project, asserting that President William Ruto cannot enforce agreements that have been flatly rejected by the sovereign citizens of Kenya. Amisi emphasized that the threat of Ebola is far too critical to be treated as a routine political issue, cautioning that containment failures could lead to devastating nationwide consequences.
