World Bank President Ajay Banga, after talks with President William Ruto and Kenya’s Treasury, approved a $750 million (KSh97 billion) package to support governance reforms, anti-corruption, public financial management, and social protection. The financing is split between the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development (IBRD) at KSh44 billion and the International Development Association (IDA) at KSh53 billion.
